Anything above a hundred is advisable to just be ordered instead. You can further help deciding by looking at how large the number of copies you need. Anything less than a thousand 5000 brochures 8.5 x 11 is still acceptable for most online services, but for orders of a thousand copies and more, it will be cheaper if you will have them printed on a traditional offset printing press—the big, bulky machines that use metal plates to stamp out the design. So if your boss wants you to print 10000 copies, better find an offset printing press down the commercial Hot Print district.
